Terms of service
The basis on which DV&D Group Ltd surveys, builds and maintains business networks. Last updated: October 2026.
1 · Scope and orders
Works are defined by a written quote following a site survey (or a written statement of requirements for maintenance subscriptions). An order exists when you confirm the quote in writing. Anything not in the quote is a variation, agreed in writing before it is carried out.
2 · Prices and fees
Prices are quoted per project or per site/month for subscriptions, in euros, and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Survey fees are fixed and credited against the project they precede. Figures shown on this site are indicative examples, confirmed in writing per engagement — they are not an open offer.
3 · Payment
Invoices are payable per the schedule on the quote (typically a mobilisation instalment and completion balance; subscriptions monthly in advance). Overdue accounts may have non-critical works paused until settled. Title in installed materials passes on full payment.
4 · Performance
We work to the agreed programme, including out-of-hours windows where quoted. Access, power and consents at your premises are your side of the bargain. Where a changeover depends on a third party (for example your ISP’s line delivery date), we plan around the date they commit to and flag slip risks as they arise.
5 · Cancellation, refunds and liability
Projects may be cancelled in writing before mobilisation; survey fees and work already performed become payable. Cancelled installations are charged for materials ordered and labour performed. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the works giving rise to it; we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6 · Complaints
Complaints go first to support@dvdgroup.services. We acknowledge within two working days and respond with a substantive reply within ten. If it isn’t resolved, it escalates to a director review — in writing, with the file.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, where the company is registered.
