Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, business, email and the message you send us — used only to answer your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- Client records: site contacts, access arrangements and correspondence while we deliver works or a maintenance subscription.
- Essential cookies: your cookie choice, stored on your device. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Why, and for how long
Enquiry data is kept while we correspond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to the project. Client and works records are kept for the duration of the service and as long as warranty, SLA and accounting obligations require. We do not sell data, and we do not send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Sharing
Only where the job requires it: your ISP (for changeovers you authorise), and delivery partners engaged on your project under our instruction. Nobody else.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion when we have no overriding obligation to keep it. Email support@dvdgroup.services and we will action reasonable requests within one month.
